• Has the situation with you and the I Come In Peace (Dark Angel) changed?! No! Nothing has changed! Are you sure about that?! Yes! What if I told you Rod is Craig R Braxley?! So?! I take it this changes nothing?! Of course! What if I said Rod claims he stole the Dark Angel (Talec) from you?! He says all sorts of crazy things! What happens if it is true?! We have a content sharing agreement if that happens there is also one with the Macgyvber producers over the Pedra character if that happens too! So there isn't a problem?! No there isn't a problem we are ready for him regardless of what he does now
• What if I told you the agreements were terminated?! A court found Craig R Braxley didn't exist there was no need for a content sharing agreement and it was torn up. In the case of the Assassin episode the producers had a tape that had Rod admitting he was scamming them. When shown to the court the case was dismissed there was no need for that content sharing agreement and it was torn up. My part of the agreement was two scripts and they were returned to me each of them saw no reason to litigate it was far enough from theirs not to be a copyright matter.
• Are you aware of how popular your scripts have become now?! No! Those two characters you've created have a cult following. That's news to me. I am not surprised you didn't know that but people have questions. What sort of questions?! Why did you call him Dustin?! So you don't get confused with Pedra although it's my version of that character. What was the name of the pornstar?! He doesn't have one although he is my version of Talec (Dark Angel). What's the difference between Dustin and the pornstar's semen?! The pornstar is a teosterone bomb teosterone is produced in the testicals Dustin's semen is rancid.
• Does Dustin have Aluminum Rectus (Bowel Cancer as you call it)?! Not yet but it could develop at any time because his bowels aren't working as they should and he needs to take a laxative to go otherwise he won't. Who is the inspiration for Dustin and the pornstar?! Myself they are based on two different evil versions of me. Now that answers an awful lot of questions except for one, why did you create them?! I really thought I was going evil at the time so I did this to try and scare myself out of it. Did it work?! It did.
• So you were dealing with a fear you were becoming these beings?! Yes. And the script was like a therapy?! Yes. You don't know why it worked it just did?! Yes. What do you say to people who don't understand why some people have a morbid fascination with these characters?! I don't understand either why they would have a morbid fascination with them. I thought you had destroyed all the copies of these scripts?! This was their copy of the scripts all of my copies of the scripts had been destroyed I didn't realise the agreements had been terminated until I had returned to Australia.

• The site did have an impact on your reputation but not the kind of impact one would've liked on their reputation. The problem was people weren't kept in the loop they weren't updated on the situation no one really wanted to do anything about it so nothing was done about it. The site put some in a very awkward position they had to tell people they didn't do it and they didn't do it deliberately now they had to make a decision do they continue their relationship with that person or end it because of what they had done most chose to end it because of what they had done.
• It was because they were lazy you had lost everyone in your life. These people were adamant that if they were sorry about your situation they would've said so and if they cared even just a little about you they may have tried to do something about it when they could've now it was too late to do anything and they didn't really feel they were at fault for the sorry situation with you. But it blew up in their face as they were forced to realise those they did care about didn't see it that way and hated them for what they had done and didn't want to know them any more.
• They retaliated by trashing you like they had done so many times before something they had learnt from Rod, you make one hell of a scapegoat but this time it was different. Most people were at the end of their rope with this and weren't going to tolerate it for much longer they weren't afraid to come out and say that either warning them if they did it again they would do it to them in retaliation. People were over it, it had been over ten years ago now, they are not going to put up with it any more! They warned them again not to take the path they took before or they would be sorry.
• They didn't listen and proceeded down the path they took with you before and it blew up in their face just as they said it would with all those people giving them a little taste of their own medicine. If that wasn't bad enough those that had turned on them came on board and joined in because they wanted to send a very clear message to these people that they were finished with them once and for all. It got ugly, it got very ugly as everyone who had done it to you ended up just like you because of people that were so over their bullshit they did what they had to do to stop them doing it.
• In a desperate attempt to stop the ruining their reputations they attempt to resolve the problem they created with you by going back to the people they had used to do it to you. Those still there were livid because what they had done was unethical and if they knew what they knew now they would've told them to go fuck themselves they would never have allowed them to use them to ruin your life. A lot of them had moved away and weren't there any more because it had ruined their lives because they had gone out on a limb for these unethical types and it costed them their reputations.
• People hated you so much now and they couldn't even explain why! They were forced to realise you weren't the problem it was them their laziness was the real problem you were just a scapegoat again! This didn't help the situation it just fuelled what they were already doing making it continue for a lot longer than anyone would've liked but in the end they had got what they deserved and that made it alright. When it came to you however there was nothing left it was like you were never born people couldn't even remember who you were now it was like you never existed.
• The two scripts were gone now no one knew what happened to them in the same way the thesis that got you a Nobel Peace Prize nomination was also lost during this time. People were livid this laziness they had towards you had to stop and all it did was fuel the fire and they were ruined all over again. That was the problem the ruining of these people over what they had done to you just went on and on in the end when it finally did stop they were no better off than you were. At the end of the day it didn't change anything for you but those that had done it to you had got what they deserved in the end and for that it was a job well done.
• There was one that hadn't got what he deserved and that was Rod for Rod things were going to go to another level as people were intent on making Rod pay for what he had done. All the work you had done then to prove you weren't Rod paid off as the world was adamant they weren't going to make the same mistake with you they made last time by mistakening you for Rod. They knew Rod would probably try to use you to get himself out of it like last time and they were ready for that it wasn't going to work this time they were going make sure of that. Rod had made so many versions of himself during this time people got lost in them all and then he vanished off the face of the earth and no one knew where he had gone!

• ***A little while ago Paul Costa (Rodney Ballinger) turned up to Achilles Heel Tactical without warning. A lot of the people there left it's not the first time it has happened it happens all the time now he just doesn't seem to get the message. Some commented they don't know why he keeps doing it everyone knows he's Rod and he's not going to deceive anyone there any more! It's good to see you on the receiving end Rodney Ballinger! Everyone used to do this to me back then I just didn't bother turning up as what would be the point?! Some have commented if you said that it's not going to change anything for anyone now but it will at least put what you did in perspective because if no one is going to listen to you why bother telling them?! That's a good point! But here people are forced to admit you're not the same person because you got the message and stopped doing it Rod hasn't got the message and hasn't stopped doing it! This shows a very big difference between you two and forces them into a horrible position where they have never been more wrong about you.
• ******Rick confronts Paul over how his class feels Paul vows revenge stirs up trouble then leaves no one is affected by it Rod was just being Rod the real problem was you're not Rod now it's obvious! Rick doesn't regret what he said it needed to be said but when you went to talk to Rick about how the class felt he lied to you. There was more people lying to me then telling me the truth in those days now they just avoid me! You withdrew from the course and moved interstate Rick never saw or heard from you again not that it mattered it's just Paul stirred up so much trouble and you were a scapegoat! I take it you did the course with CBRS?! No. When you go for a position there you do the course and it's a complimentary course and you keep the qualification but there may or may not be a job at end of it. Persistant Systems works like that too and I did both of them but there was no place for me there with any of them. This is why you did your training with all sorts of people all over the place?! Okay! It wasn't exactly like that but you could see it that way. What if I told you they removed you from everything after you left?! I suspected something like that would happen but I was at the end of my rope. I knew I had done all I could do and I was leaving with a clear conscious.
• ******What is your greatest achievement in America?! My AFA (American Firearms Association) qualification. You could start your own gun school with that alone?! I used too teach it too before I went bankrupt. What were you doing at Achilles Heel Tactical, CBRS and Persitant Systems then?! I needed a job. But you didn't get one did you?! My reputation was the problem everywhere I went and that's understandable since everyone thought I was Jeffrey Epstein at first then Rodney Ballinger Your asshole brother then Rodney Ballinger then James Dixon in that order. I auditioned for Boba Fett too and my reputation was the reason George Lucas chose someone else. They then changed the name on everything that was Rodney Ballinger's to you and practically gave you everything Rod had when they found out he was a fake. That would've made the problem worse unfortunately. Why do you say that?! Everyone thinks I am Rodney Ballinger because I have everything of Rodney Ballinger's unfortunately. I don't understand why you would be upset over it?! I would rather not have it because it was Rod's. Why?! It's bad karma!
• ******Now Paul Costa is gone Rick wants to know who is Mark Matthews because it's obviously not Paul Costa?! It's me. I wanted a fair assessment of my gun skill since I had been through a horrible gun injury. I knew I wouldn't have got that if I used my real name so I used a fictional name. All Rick did that day was trash me he had trashed me so much I began to lose faith in the fairness of it so I did it again at CBRS group with DJ Shipley Jnr and got more of the same but the numbers were the same I was forced to conclude it was a fair assessment after all. I was a shooter no more now I would have to find a country where guns are almost non-existent so I don't have to become so self conscious. Less than 5% of the Australian population has a gun it's such a contrast to America where it's around 85% so I chose to live there. What happened at Bondi and Point Arthur is horrible but with that said they make up less than 5% of the population such gun laws make no sense for such a small percentage. In America it happens all the time there is a need for such gun laws but they could never have them because of the second amendment. Rick has to give you the man card qualification now doesn't he?! I couldn't care less about his man card qualification I have what I need. They both want to talk to you about why you chose to use a pseudonym that day. I have already answered that question here.
• ******If Rick thought it was over he was mistaken Paul continued to return and trash everyone and everything including Rick he's still doing it even now although not very often. People were forced to see what happened to you happen all over again with Rick as Paul targets him and blames him for everything that went wrong just as he did with you all those years ago. Now people are forced into a horrible situation do they help Rick and look like hypocrites when it comes to you or do nothing and let Paul ruin Rick's reputation just as he did to you and they chose the later, they chose to do nothing for any of you. Rick was livid and has never stopped trashing them for leaving him outside and alone like they did with you and it's understandable because they could've at least tried and they could've at least tried with you too. Some did try with Rick but they would grow to regret it as people tore them to pieces for doing nothing when it happened to you. No one at this point believed you were Rod those who still believed you were Rod had abandoned that now. Looking back Rick's reputation wasn't really damaged by Paul but for you an awful lot of people will go to their graves now wishing they did more when it came to you. What happened to you was unacceptable and not right they regretted what they had done because they couldn't do anything about it now it was too late.
• ****Rumour has it a certain someone may be Rodney Ballinger although they are not certain is there anything you want to say about it?! No one can say I didn't try they all know I did but there is no point in me trying all I do is make the problem worse. I am not going to say anything more about it and I am not going to do anything more about it either. So what does that mean exactly?! Don't look to me to help you I am not going too! I guess they knew that was coming. You know if it was today I would be a very different person and a lot less helpful too. You would just do military contracts are you serious about that?! I am serious about that! If it was today all I would do is military contracts! I wish I could tell you this is not the answer. But you know just as well as I do it should've been like that from the very beginning. You may even end up a Shark in Shark Tank now do you realise that?! I would be a lot better off than I am now if I did that then I can tell you that for a fact.
• *****It turned out the rumours were true Rod was two at the same time Ben Chow and Luke Schembri both bodybuilders. He vows it's never going to stop he is doing it out of spite all those victims bought their fate on themselves and he has no sympathy for any of them. He did it you many times apparently he does show a little regret when it comes to you people just let him get away with it when he does it to you. The only reason he stopped was that it became boring from what I have been told. Now forced to realise they're dealing with a sadist you were no different to anyone else who was a victim of Rod but you were the first I guess that makes you different because you were the first. You have said you're not going to help every time you do it blows up in you face. No one can hate you for that it's true everyone wanted to believe it was you that was the problem now they can't do anything about the sorry situation they've created. Rod laughed when he heard it stating it was just fun with you he didn't really hate you and he doesn't really hate you now but you got closer to anyone taking him down but he doesn't hate you for that positon. That's not what he said back then when he did it to me he gave the same reasons he gave you for yours. As we speak there are rumours of another Rodney Ballinger but we can't document every Rodney Ballinger on this site it would only encourage it.
• ******You are getting apologies now even Fort Brag and the Generation Kill marines are apologising to you now everyone accepts they did something wrong they let Rod get away with too much when it came to you! For a lot of people it's too little too late they can't undo what they've done it's too late now! What do you say to people who said they tried to do the right thing with you and it blew up in their face?! The right thing requires you to do the right thing at the right time. Doing the wrong thing at the right time will result in you always doing the right thing at the wrong time. I know that from experience I went to school with people who made this very same mistake. And you have no sympathy for them whatsoever right?! I have no time for it let's put it that way. It happens to me too much! So you go interstate and start a new life somewhere else so they couldn't fix the problem even if they wanted too. I know that's what it looks like but that wasn't the reason why I did it even though it looks like it. If you can't find any work there you're going to have to go interstate, it's inevitable.

As you know there was a cover up and I wouldn't be surprised if that was part of the cover up. I would have to agree and it's a long shot but I have to ask were you in Act of Valor?! No and I have seen it and I know who you're talking about but that wasn't me. I just can't seem to connect you to anything now. I know, I have been there myself, try and not let it bother you. Why would you do that to yourself?! I was trying to find reasons to stay in America and couldn't find one! I don't understand?! I left America because I had too not because I wanted too. I spent hours trying to find another solution and wasn't able to find one You had no choice but to leave?! that's right! It looks like you've been deleted. I wouldn't be surprised by that either even I don't know how far they went to cover up the biologist mess.

Neither am I that person now I don't really want it to be honest! You know CBRS group and Persistant Systems did not record you as completing that qualification do you realise that?! I made the same mistake with them I made with Gold's Gym going to all that trouble for a job?! this was an attempt at at job! I was labelled the most laziest bodybuilder in the world even Ben Pakuslki ruined me over it. Sometimes the job isn't it worth it I learnt that the hard way. If it was today I would've done everything differently I have learnt so much from my mistakes. Not one person has ever apologised to you for what they've done to you they're not sorry not even now. I thought you said everyone was apologising to me before?! They were but not because they were sorry for what they did to you but because of the way things turned out. No one thought things had got as bad as they did with you and that was their fault because they just didn't care when it came to you. When they could've done something about it they didn't and they were sorry about that looking back now they wished they did more to help you!
