44. Did you finish the Jack Reacher film regarding James Barr?! Yes! Was it you that James Barr refers to at the end?! No! I didn't even know that was James Barr I met a totally different one. Zec?! No! The younger version of it! Jack Reacher kills him at the end of the film?! Yes! I am pretty sure it was that one I spoke too I never knew the real James Barr unfortunately. The Black One?! It wasn't the black one it wasn't the fat one either it was the other one. That there is going to make a lot of people happy because they couldn't link you to it and that is because you never knew him you knew the one that was pretending to be him. Obviously! Why do you think that Jack Reacher broke his promise to him at the end?! Jack Reacher didn't break his promise to him, he had been exonerated. He wasn't the one that killed those people and he's free now because of Jack Reacher. I did not see him breaking his promise to him at all. Did you break your promises to anyone when you left America?! I had no promises with anyone to break. I wasn't there long enough to have such relationships with people I was moving around all the time because of the school's lies. You did things differently when you returned to Australia however?! That is true, I thought moving around all the time was the problem and decided to stay put and not move again when I returned to Australia. Didn't work did it?! I was damned if I did and I was damned if I didn't I am afraid. That is exactly what people thought too! It makes so much sense now, maybe moving around all the time was the problem?! It's not they both result in the same outcome regardless. I am afraid I learnt that the hard way. Why did you call them Mr Hinkey?! After SEAL training my whole attitude to these with Aluminum Rectus changed. Now they were seen as a Mr Hinkey. Hidi-Ho was how I dealt with the smell. You got more respect from them then than you ever got going the other way. I know! It's quite brave to come out and tell a sniper he is a Mr Hinkey. I would respond, my Navy SEAL brothers would've expected nothing less from me! Mr Hinkey!

45. There is a lot of hate amongst people nowadays because they weren't told you weren't Rod where some people were told you weren't Rod but it was a minority. A number of relationships with people have broken down because they weren't told you weren't Rod but their friends friends told them you weren't Rod. Some people have gone as far to blame you for the reasons why they weren't told you weren't Rod claiming you had not gone far enough to make it known to people. People that take this position argue they have been so ruined by the school's lies it's not possible to know what is true and what is not when it comes to you it's just not fair that people react so badly to them not being told it's not true considering the circumstances. They're forced to deal with a situation where the school lied to them about absolutely everything what if this was just another lie?! They would've been just as ruined as they are now they can't seem to win either way when it comes to you! The problem is magnified by the fact you had a court in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia make a decision you weren't Rod and all three courts found in your favor and now their position is illegal because they are in contempt of those courts for not respecting their decision. It's just been a horrible situation for everyone involved because every step they make with you is the wrong one. What do they expect me to do, go to the press and write books on it?! This website has been kept discreet what if you were getting adverts for it every time you were watching your favourite YouTube videos or doing Google searches?! What could I possibly do that I haven't done already?! You have to admit I did try to keep it as discreet as possible I didn't want you to lose friends and family over it obviously but I don't know what I could've done any differently to bring your attention to someone that I would go as far to say was a professional fraudster.

46. For a lot of people it's too late now they don't really care who you are any more they just can't care about you in general now they don't really want too! The last people heard from the school was rumours someone was trying to kill them, they were military apparently because they looked military apparently but most of them didn't care and weren't interested some even told them to get out they were so over their bullshit. But when it came to you they just wouldn't be there because they don't want to be you wouldn't have got in the door with most of them now. While this double standard is not fair they don't care. While they are so two faced when it comes to you they don't care about that either. These people better watch themselves they could end up on the receiving end now they haven't told their family or friends you're not Rodney Ballinger it could end up happening to them it has already happened with some of them. Either way nothing much is going to change for you now regardless unfortunately. What a lot of people don't understand is why you didn't do Hakari?! It doesn't make sense why you wouldn't do it because it's clearly a dishonor. It's not a dishonor but a disgrace when it's a disgrace you suffer your shame Hakari is forbidden in a disgrace. What the school did to me was a disgrace not a dishonor so I suffer my shame because of the school. What is that form of martial arts you were taught, Ninjutsu?! Everyone thinks you're a Ninja. I am not a Ninja it's not Ninjitsu either. I am taught a disgraceful form of martial arts because I am disgraceful person it's all about suffering your shame. It doesn't have a name it's not worthy of one it's a disgraceful form of martial arts for a disgraceful person and that is all you need to know about it. What is a Ninja or Ninjustu anyway?! I think the easiest way to explain it to someone like you is to see it as like being a Christian, Jew or Muslim it is in many respects the same thing

47. Rodney Ballinger said if you were right about everything he was dead on everything because he was the problem it wasn't you. He will go to his grave wishing he knew what happened because he was convinced you were the problem it didn't matter what you thought. He has now been forced to realise he has never been more wrong about anyone you meant what you said, you weren't moving out he would just have to back down now because it was his fault you stayed there even then he couldn't be certain you had said that all he had was lies and he only had himself to blame for it apparently In retrospect, when I found out he had a relationship with Corio PS I should've just cut him lose right then and there. While he had a relationship with that school he could never have a relationship with me. I considered the school my enemy that would make him one too. I wish I said that now it would've fixed a multiude of problems for me if I did say that! For what it's worth I think that was probably one of your biggest mistakes. He still believed you then to a point doing something like this would've sent a very clear message not just to Rod but to the school because there was not going to be a reconcilation you consider them enemies. It would've fixed countless problems you telling not just Rod that but anyone that but they wouldn't believe it now it was too late now they would never believe you again because of that school. If I had to give you my biggest regret regarding my relationship with Rod if we could call it a relationship it appears to be nothing more than a horrible lie now unfortunately this would've been it. This was my biggest regret, not telling him this and not having the balls to follow through with it if he forced me too. The people in Corio have said if you said that it wouldn't have been a waste of time they all knew you made a horrible mistake with Rod if you were to admit that and take responsibility for that they would've forgiven you for it.

48. Looking at your situation it could've gone either way in retrospect. If you took the path you were suggesting it may have turned out worse you were clearly the problem because you didn't want to deal with the problem so you were avoiding it deliberately. On the other hand it may have just turned out the way you would've liked where it just solved everything because you were enemies. That explains why they were doing it to you and why you were doing it to them but if what you said is true and you get the chance to do it all again I wouldn't be so quick to take the path you were suggesting it may just make everything worse! Now Rod was justified in what he had done to you because you wouldn't let him see for himself why the school was the problem and it wasn't you. I think your best bet is to try and avoid the situation completely rather than changing the way you dealt with it next time around for example, not going to University/College would mean you and Rod never met that would put the school in a very awkward position because Rod never knew you all he knew was what the school told him about you which wasn't true. Now Rod would hate the school more because they sent him on a wild goose chase furthermore, if you did not go to that school then they couldn't have said that was you because you didn't go to there so who was it?! They just don't want to accept it couldn't have been you because you didn't go their school. Either have a personal issue with you or they are mixing you up with someone else either way it helps you by making their position ridiculous. If you really believe you're going to get a second chance I would strongly recommend you route around the problem rather than deal with it by making decisions that put you in a position where you can't be the problem because you weren't there to be the problem however, a lot of people have taken this path and it still ends up horribly for them it's just not as bad

38. When was the marine scout sniper school decommissioned or don't you know?! What has that got to do with anything?! Most of the marines involved in the situation were snipers. They weren't all snipers but most of them were snipers. I am thinking it may have been the sniper school's decommissioning that caused this problem to be rekindled. You think the sniper school was where the problem is with you in the marine corps?! This why I was wondering if they have only just decommissioned the sniper school this may explain why the problem has blown up now?! The snipers would no longer be able to pull strings in the marine corps because they're not part of the marine corps any more. I would've said it was because Rick Crowley and Paul Costa have just died that this has come up again and the snipers were irrelevant but they're not dead apparently so it couldn't have been them obviously It may have blown up because the sniper school has recently been decomissioned?! The truth is the sniper school has only just been decomissioned it my well have been because of this decomissioning the problem has come back again it does make sense the problem was the sniper school. Give me a moment here I have to talk to some people about this possibility. If what I believe is true future marines are going to look back at the marine sniper school and say thank God we got rid of it when we did because it's become an Aluminum Rectus (cancer) all of its own. A number of marines did serve with the Australian SAS and it is a corrupt force even if the Australian Defence Force (ADF) tries to play it down as not as bad as it looks. A lot of marines have been affected by that because they were part of that force as were you so it may not be the sniper school it only looks that way. It is definately worth a look That is exactly what they're telling me too.

39. It is impossible to know whether the sniper school was involved in it or not because it is so out of control now! Because of the way the Rangers dealt with the problem it didn't get that bad. It's irrelevant now I am afraid they're not around any more the Rangers! I am wondering how was I restored by the marine corps. What I mean by that is what is the role listed on the enlistment that was restored?! Marine Force Recon or Reconnaissance Marine but a lot of marines don't know what they are! It is the marine name for a Navy SEAL. The marines saw all SEALS as Reconnaisance Marines (Marine Force Recon) but that was only one type of SEAL I was DEVGRU which is not a Reconnaissance Marine. Similarly, the Rangers saw all SEALS as Delta Force and not all SEALS are Delta Force either but they are to the Rangers. But you were a Machine Gunner/Rifleman to them which is not a SEAL?! That is exactly where I was going with it too. The marines restored Admiral Middelton (Meltone) not the Sniper which was Mr Sandbags That is interesting that because you were a sniper in the marine corps but you weren't restored as one?! That is why I am thinking that is where the problem is. It is practically impossible to know unfortunately now that the marine sniper school has been decomissioned! It is such a shame it is so out of control now the marine corps doesn't even know where it began A lot of them are adamant it began in the school! But how did it get into the marine corps because the marine corps is not the school! There were twelve marines that went to that school not including you and the marines are adamant the problem started there with those twelve! Now I understand what they meant by the twelve monkey's. Have you seen the movie?! Not all of it just parts of it. You should watch it, it is a great movie and will help you understand this problem from a marine perspective.

40. We understand you called them the Skool of Idiots because they were idiots they wouldn't have the brains to pull something like this off it had to be the sniper school they were just a front for it the truth is the school did do this it had nothing to do with the sniper school the school is 100% responsible for this situation with you the sniper school wasn't involved. The good news is we can eliminate you from this problem and focus on the school because you are not the problem it is the school it was the school that wanted everyone to move out of Corio because of you the marine corps wasn't involved. When you refused to go they were forced to go instead no one has any sympathy for either of you the marine corps wasn't involved. I have no problem Rod replacing me in that school now and want things to stay that way now. All the school has done is alienate me to such an extent I don't want to come back and I don't want to be part of it any more. The marine corps had been dragged into this situation by the school they were by no means the cause of it. All marines are Reconnaissance Marines today if you were restored or even enlisted in the marine corps today you would have been a Reconnaissance Marine so there is nothing out of place there it's just a new direction for the marine corps. Everyone thinks we are getting rid of the sniper school but it's not true the sniper of today is a Reconnaissance Marine there is no need for a sniper school. If what you are saying is true they were Navy SEALS then the marine corps has become very Navy SEAL like and you should know what happened better than anyone. The direction the marine corps was taking at the time I served would've turned the marine corps into another Navy SEALS clone eventually. There is just no war room It just becomes another type of Green Beret! You mean Delta Force?! It's a more recent name for it a Green Beret is another name for a Navy SEAL policeman. You would be a military version of it! In my day you had the army and the marines were seen as a kind of reserve to the army.

Chanel College (Lovely Banks) say they were there for you that would be the last time you ever saw the students you went to school with they did this with everybody except those two at Achilles Heel Tactical, they were skipped and deliberately! Sorry, I wasn't listening when you told me that I was so overworked you see I didn't know whether I was coming or going! That answers that question perfectly now doesn't it?! Yeah, I am sorry! You probably don't remember you went to school with Hunter Lambrada either do you?! No I don't! They have all their questions answered there now! It was just bad timing obviously! Now let us get this straight, Corio PS has alienated you so much now you don't want to have anything to do with them and have no intention of returning either?! That is correct! Would you say they had bought this situation with you on themselves?! Yes I would! So you are not interested in me telling you what happened there?! Not any more! Good because I can't tell you what happened there because they were all lying about what happened there. I have been forced into a position where I have avoided this question because I can't answer this question because of all their lies. What I would've said to you is leaving that school was paramount when it came to you but it's quite clear from what you have said there that you have already gone. I have already gone! The problem I had with Corio PS was that I had been pushed to a breaking point and whatever the next event was would've been the breaking point. They adopt Rodney Ballinger they put him in my place as a trial to see if he is a good fit for the school it doesn't look like a problem because it's just a trial but I am not told about it, I am not consulted, it is done without my knowledge or consent. Thus it becomes the breaking point?! Yes! This is one of those questions that they wanted answered then but don't really care about now you've done it now there may be some still interested.
