Don't you love how some people get really big when when they're angry?! I wonder if Kyle Morgan does it too?! I don't understand how this is relevant?! I never did it, I never had it! In fitness they call people like me "Natty" most people are "Non-Natty". I don't understand the significance?! You spend hours trying to figure out what it is, where you went wrong, what you did wrong, how did you bring this fate on yourself?! But you were never the problem?! In a situation like this one it would've been me who ended up telling Drew Estelle what happened. It wasn't you who did it apparently it was Rick Crowley. He claims he hates being you and doesn't understand why he has to do it now that you're gone. It's called a Mediator and every good team must have one! I guess you realise now Rick what the team lost when you fucked around with it?! What is the cost of not having a Mediator in your team?! Conflicts within the team can not be resolved without a mediator. How do you know this?! I went to school and learnt how to be a better one! So from your schooling this is the reason why Rick Crowley broke the team?! Yes! What if I said they are adamant the problem is you not Rick Crowley?! We're about to find out who is right and who is wrong since I am not there any more! What is a DysFunctional team?! When you have two of the same kind in the same team they generally war with each other because there can be only one. Could you give an example?! Navy SEAL Team 6 has the problem of two team leaders, Jocko Willink and DJ Sipley. So if what you're saying is true they generally war with each other and make the team dysfunctional?! Yes! Drew Estelle says he is a innovator that is his role in the team not that it is any of your business. The problem is Rick Crowley is an innovator too. So if what you're saying is true then Rick Crowley and Drew Estelle would war with each other?! It's what Dawkins calls the Darwinian Imperative, there can only be one! So it's either going to be Rick Crowley or Drew Estelle?! In the same way, it is either going to be Jocko Willink or DJ Sipley in Navy SEAL Team 6. One might say why should we believe you?! This comes from science. It's said some of the best scientists in the world observed and tested some of the best teams in the world to see what made one team better than the others. So this is sort of like the recipe to a succesful team they are giving you here?! Yes! Do you believe in the science here?! It does seem to predict perfectly what is wrong in this team doesn't it?! What is wrong with it?! There are two team leaders, Paul Costa and Rick Crowley. And if what you say is true they will war with each other until there is only one?! Or until the team is no more! This wouldn't be the recipe for a successful team it's a recipe?! They make it out to be the recipe but it is probably a recipe! Paul and Kyle both said they knew Rick Crowley wasn't the problem. I can't say that because I never knew him and if what you say is true they never knew me either. I wish I could tell you that you misintrepreted that. The statuory declaration didn't say that it was fake it just said I didn't authorise it, I didn't I sanction it, I had no idea where this one came from but I do know where the Martin Fitzwwater one came from. I know he authorised it and I endorsed his authorisation. I know he sanctioned it and I endorsed his sanctioning of it. But you had no idea where the Rick Crowley one came from and basically denounced all knowledge of its existence?! Yes! This here becomes the foundation of Rick Crowley's dishonorable discharge because it's assumed he is the source of that second enlistment. Well I am sorry but I can't talk about people I don't know. That is exactly what they say about you too and insist Rick Crowley wasn't the source of that enlistment! Well then who was it?! Me?! I forged my own enlistment?! Do you know how ridiculous that looks?! Well that is the whole point, if that is the enlistment you and Martin agreed on is true then you can't be responsible for the other one either. That leaves only one other possiblity it was Rodney Ballinger. Is it true that you did sue Corio PS for defamation over calling you Rodney Ballinger?! It didn't go that far I went to a court and asked the court to make a decision on whether I was Rodney Ballinger the court concluded I was not and the school bailed on that they could be sued for it now. My legal advice at the time was not to risk it because it may have been a genuine mistake then they can go you for defamation! Now I understand, if you were to sue them now you would win regardless! What were the courts that made the decision so we can check up on the status of those proceedings. Australian Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit of Appeals (for legal reasons it has to be done at that court) and Her Majesty's Constitutional Court. Why go to Britain for?! If I had to leave Australia and start over I was planning on going to England. I wanted to make sure that if that path became my only solution that I was at least ready to deal with what happend in Britian. Where did the money come from because this would've costed you a mint?! I want to believe my bankruptcy was caused by the IRS but I have reason to believe they may not have been the problem all the money was lost through these pointless litigations. I would be forced to accept that the reason why you went bankrupt and the IRS misinterepreted how much tax you owed them was because of your circumstances. It would've been very difficult to calculate how much tax you owe since America's tax system is so complex. I can't rule out that possibility! You realise the problem in Corio where you have lived for the last twenty years has become so ridiculous now?! I have been informed of that! A lot of people are saying you should reconsider staying there because there is just no one there if you get into trouble. I have my family and that's all I need. You have your family now but you won't always have them but unfortunately the problem that is there will always be there now. Thanks for the advice I probably would move after they all died.
